A traditional arch is twisted to create a dynamic roof contour in the Toran restaurant. The result is a space that seems timeless yet strikingly new. The cuisine follows this example by offering traditional Indian food but with a dash of creativity from the chef. A fusion menu is created using a subtle combination of ingredients farmed in our organic gardens. The area in front the Restaurant is dominated by the majestic Amber fort-wall.
